The Mont Coffyn Tournament September 23 and 24, 23: A Weekend of Competition and Conviviality »
At Mont Coffyn, a youth and adult tournament recently hosted the TMC. For two days full of excitement, the competitors competed against each other in a good atmosphere. The first day, bathed in sunshine, saw the tournaments begin auspiciously, but Sunday brought its share of surprises with the arrival of rain, interrupting the matches in progress.
On Saturday, the sun lit up Mont Coffyn, highlighting the enthusiasm of the participants. The competitions began without a hitch, promising a weekend of fierce and friendly competition.
Sunday, however, brought its share of unforeseen challenges. The rain came, abruptly interrupting the tournament in progress. Some matches were able to be completed while others were postponed.
During the following week, the postponed matches were rescheduled. The competitors had to demonstrate flexibility and patience, but their determination did not waver.
The long-awaited results were revealed mid-week. Below are the results:
13/18 girls:

The warm and friendly atmosphere of the tournament was palpable throughout the event. Gérard Winter, as referee, once again demonstrated his organizational skills, guaranteeing the smooth running of the competitions.
Despite the vagaries of the weather, the participants showed their passion for their sport and their desire to take on the challenges.
